Just want to give a big thank you to Michael Soto who fixed the problem our Reem Criterion HVAC developed this past week. Michael came promptly, identified the issue quickly, and went to work to repair the unit and replace a failing part. In less than two hours, he had the unit up and running again. He was not only a professional and knowledgeable technician but also a down-right nice guy who understands his work and purpose is to be helpful.

Today we had our spring maintenance from Gray Heating & Air Conditioning. Peniel Montero was the technician who came out. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained as he worked and actually showed us pictures of what all parts looked like and what might need work in the future. He was not rushed and was incredibly thorough. I will ask for him again in the future. We love having a yearly maintenance agreement! Thank you Peniel and Gray!!!
