I am disabled and use electric mobility power chair to get around. While walking my dog I noticed my neighbor was getting a new roof installed. I asked one of the roofers the name of the roofing company and I was Informed CRV Roofing. I requested the supervisor to come to my house to look at my roof. Later on that day Mr Louis Medina from CRV roofers went on my roof to check out its condition. He took pictures of the existing hail and wind damage. It did not take long for me to realize that Mr Medina was truly a professional and had a very dynamic personality. He sent pictures to my insurance company and kept me informed on a daily basis. Excellent service from the beginning. Luis helped me by inspecting my roof, filing a claim with the insurance company, making sure the adjuster paid for the roof, and that the installation was the best possible. I highly recommend them!
