Chance spent a lengthy amount of time trying to assist and calm my dog with anxiety. “The fact you can make an appointment at their mobile clinics was already a perk, but the team I saw today was SO friendly and patient with my anxious 46 lb dog. My dog has bad anxiety and due to bad past experiences, she’s extra anxious now when getting shots. Usually we can’t pick her up or get her to hold still enough for a heartworm tests but the staff did so well with her despite her efforts to flail around. The gentleman who helped calm her down and helped with the entire process was very friendly and made an effort to slowly get to know my dog and have her get comfortable with him before starting the process and that makes a big difference. I wish I got his name, but he was helping out this morning (9/21) at the Pet Suites location in Lewisville, TX. Maybe someone will know who I am talking about and give him some recognition. The whole team there was great ! I’ll continue to visit Penny Paws in the future for my animals now ❤️“

“Best place to take your pet. My dog was seen by the most professional and courteous staff/vets here. This location does get very busy and their waiting room gets packed. They do offer light refreshments while you wait which is a nice touch. They will also help you with any treatment and payment options too.“

“We have been coming here for about 3 years. Our golden doodle gets really bad matts just because we usually get her groomed with the changing of the weather. Eva always does an amazing job to get all of her matts cut and makes sure that the rest of her hair is cut proportional.“

“Took my 85 lb Floof there today. Was nervous because Bindi had never gone to this lady and is terrible about getting her nails clipped. I worried for nothing. These ladies do an excellent job. Bindi was happy and well cared for. I will be going back“

“My dogs haircut looks amazing. Since there has been a change in ownership, the policies have changed and unfortunately you cannot leave your dog for longer than an hour and 30 minutes so in the past I used to take my dog drop her off before work pick her up after work, but now you have to pay a fee, that fee is $30 additional unfortunately I don’t have that kind of money to spend so it is unfortunate and in addition to that they do not groom on Saturday. Other than that they do excellent job on the grooming of your dog, so I guess it’s a 50-50 out of 100“
