The vet took his time with the examination and answered all of my questions. He gave me a couple of options for treating my dog and kind of spoke to me as if he were treating his dog. That kind of empathy is special and I really appreciated it. Also they didn't run up the bill with unnecessary tests.
First time in. Wait time was 30 minutes, not sure if this is normal. Everyone was friendly at check in. Love Dr. Lydia. She answered all my questions and we established a care plan for my dog. Including a follow up in a month to see how meds are working.
I was very impressed with CityVet. I had to rush my Winnie girl in for her eye and it was nice to have an urgent care place close to my house. I was worried I was gonna have to take her to Midlothian or Dallas. Everyone there was very friendly and Dr. Pinon was very nice - he took great care of Winnie and explained everything to me. I felt like for what was done and given for Winnie it was worth the price. And now she's home and relatively happy.
