I lost one of my fur babies a couple of years ago and the whole staff was so comforting . I always get a timely reply , when I communicate with them and a follow up to check on my fur babies. “We took our dog Teddy to get groomed for the second time at Mutt Hutt because the first experience was absolutely amazing. Our little guy came home happy as to where he did not have that same experience at other groomers. The second time we took him, we did experience a slight issue, but the groomers took full responsibility and took care of Teddy and all the expenses that it took to get the issue resolved.
