This was my first time visiting them. I'd taken my foster dog Abby for her heartworm test/meds. Even though they we're very inundated with many pets they were very efficient and professional with each pet and their family. We were in and out in a half hour. Their prices were very affordable. I've already recommended them to three of my friends and to Abbys furever Mom Erica.

My experience was absolutely wonderful at the Vetco Grand Prairie facility!!! Right after I scheduled the appointment, Dr. Lourdes called me to find out exactly what was going on with my baby and that really calmed my nerves, gave me a sense of peace, and made we feel like they truly cared about the well-being of my dog!My office visit was just as AMAZING from the front desk receptionist to the techs and then the doctors! Everyone was very sweet and polite and the Doctor thoroughly explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable! Thank you so much Vetco - Grand Prairie for making me and my baby pup feel better; please keep up the OUTSTANDING work!!!

My dog has to come here to get his paws trimmed because he fights too much for the groomers. They always treat him well and work quickly. At his last visit (Friday, 01/13/23) they caught an infection in his paws that I never would have caught myself. They gave us what we need to treat him, except for a shot which was out of stock. They made us a follow-up appointment that day for the shot. One of the staff members even remembered my dog from when we lived in Cedar Hill and she worked at that location. These people seem to really love what they do.
