The staff is kind, communicative, and Dr. Pruitt really takes his time with his patients to provide incredible care. I never feel rushed, I feel like all of my questions are thoroughly answered, and my kids love going to the doctor. Dr Pruitt takes his time to really get to know your child, and your family, and values your own opinions and intuition as a parent. Highly recommend.“

He is not my regular doctor, but he is part of the clinic of ARC and that’s the doctor. I see when my regular doctor is out my doctor and him worked hand and hand together. “Years ago Dr. Ruiz and Dr. Hudson were my boys pediatricians. They took great care of us. Most amazing was that while the boys were still young we moved to Florida. I was not happy with my pediatrician in Florida and Bee Cave allowed me to still call the nurse line and get help and recommendations for treatment. And I was not compensating them...amazing! Today I called with a specific medical history question - concerning 20 years ago. Guess what? They answered the phone call in 2 rings WITH a real person. I did not press 2 for English, nor was I transferred. The lady that answered handled my request. Again, just amazing customer service! Kudos to you all for carrying the torch and upholding the standards set by your founding doctors. Best practice!!“
