Dr. Wang is a skilled and thorough doctor who provides excellent care and diagnosis. Patients appreciate his smart and trustworthy approach. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, making the overall experience pleasant. The medical team, including the doctor and support staff, are knowledgeable and caring. While there have been some issues with prescriptions and communication, Dr. Wang has shown a commitment to resolving problems and providing quality care. With some improvements to support staff and processes, Dr. Wang's office has the potential to deliver truly excellent service.
Dr Wang is personable, he listened well, asked thoughtful questions and came up w/a workable treatment plan that is actionable and makes sense. We made an appt to follow up in 3 mos and I left feeling confident about what to do, what to watch for and reassured that things will be monitored to make sure there is improvement. Most importantly, I felt like a human being instead of just another patient file on a computer screen. I’ll continue seeing him from now on.
Dr. Wang it’s an excellent doctor. He listens to all of my concerns and addresses them appropriately. I also appreciate that he doesn’t talk down to me and is very direct.
Dr. Wang is a great doctor. He tries to solve the problem at hand. He will do everything to figure out what is going on. He is not my regular doctor, but he is part of the clinic of ARC and that’s the doctor. I see when my regular doctor is out my doctor and him worked hand and hand together. I would trust Doctor Wang and anything he says 100%.
