Our visit was overall a decent one at this location. While the check-in process was smooth, Dr. Grier was initially very condescending & dismissive about her alternative birth & visit history despite our daughter’s excellent health. The appointment generally improved towards the end, aside from us needing to remind the staff about a vision test they told us we NEEDED. The final kicker for the trip was that we were sent miscellaneous bills for services that we’d already paid for nearly a week after the visit. Dr Garcia has provided exceptional pediatric care for children and highly recommend her especially for babies and toddlers. She has a great network of medical professionals that has allowed access to the best possible treatments for children.

Jury is out on this office still but one thing that stood out and I'm rather frustrated about is the fact that you have to pay $25 to speak with a nurse after hours. This is the first time I've ever experienced this before from any pediatrician's office and maybe it's to discourage parents that call all the time from doing so. I'm still looking around they're not nearly as wonderful as our last pediatrician's office...ugh I miss them
