Years ago Dr. Ruiz and Dr. Hudson were my boys pediatricians. They took great care of us. Most amazing was that while the boys were still young we moved to Florida. I was not happy with my pediatrician in Florida and Bee Cave allowed me to still call the nurse line and get help and recommendations for treatment. And I was not compensating them...amazing! Today I called with a specific medical history question - concerning 20 years ago. Guess what? They answered the phone call in 2 rings WITH a real person. I did not press 2 for English, nor was I transferred. The lady that answered handled my request. Again, just amazing customer service! Kudos to you all for carrying the torch and upholding the standards set by your founding doctors. Best practice!!
Dr Elena Ruiz was my child's pediatrician for 17 years. She is a competent, kind and caring doctor. She takes her time to conduct thorough examinations and address any concerns. What a blessing!
