“Dr. Wang is a great doctor. He tries to solve the problem at hand. He will do everything to figure out what is going on. He is not my regular doctor, but he is part of the clinic of ARC and that’s the doctor. I see when my regular doctor is out my doctor and him worked hand and hand together. “Dr. J is the best!! I saw her a few years ago for neck issues and she helped me so much. I recently started seeing her again for more neck issues and arm pain. When my pain started, I knew I couldn’t go to anyone else. She really takes the time to listen to all your symptoms and figure out how they’re all related, then treat accordingly. She’s very good at what she does and she’s a very kind, warm person to be around. Her new office is space and staff are great as well.“

“I was late to appt, by mistiming my travel time & construction. I was late to an appt I’ve been waiting on for 3 months. Front desk said you’re late but would check. Dr said he’d see me. Nurse came out and said we’re going to go thru this fast & get everything covered. I apologized & thanked her. Then Dr Meuse came in, he said we’re going to go thru this fast but cover everything, & not inconvenience the next patient. I apologized & thanked him. We covered everything. Great service by Dr Meuse, His Nurse, the front desk at ARC Four Points were great. Thank you.“

“Dr. Garza was my pediatrician from the time I left the NICU at eight weeks old until I turned 18. While I can’t personally recall my earliest experiences with her, my parents clearly believed she provided the best care possible—not just for me, but also for my twin brother and older brother.

For as long as I can remember, Dr. Garza has been someone I felt safe around. Whether it was getting vaccines at 10 or navigating a rough patch in my teenage years, she was always trustworthy, empathetic, and supportive. Her calming demeanor, natural charisma, and soothing cadence are qualities I’ve never encountered in another doctor.

But don’t mistake my praise for her bedside manner as the only reason I admire her. Dr. Garza took a deeply personal approach to my care. With an extensive knowledge of my medical history—so detailed it seemed as if she had my chart memorized—she always made well-informed decisions. Her recommendations reflected best practices and the latest advancements in medicine. She also had an excellent network of specialists, to whom she referred me multiple times when needed.

I should also mention that her staff was just as exceptional. They recognized me instantly and often remembered more details about me than I did.

And of course, I’ll never forget her signature phrase:
“Let me wash my hands so I don’t spread any germs!”“

“Years ago Dr. Ruiz and Dr. Hudson were my boys pediatricians. They took great care of us. Most amazing was that while the boys were still young we moved to Florida. I was not happy with my pediatrician in Florida and Bee Cave allowed me to still call the nurse line and get help and recommendations for treatment. And I was not compensating them...amazing! Today I called with a specific medical history question - concerning 20 years ago. Guess what? They answered the phone call in 2 rings WITH a real person. I did not press 2 for English, nor was I transferred. The lady that answered handled my request. Again, just amazing customer service! Kudos to you all for carrying the torch and upholding the standards set by your founding doctors. Best practice!!“
