“Dr. Moser and Dr. Moore are incredible. They're both upbeat and bring a calm and happy feel to the room as they listen to concerns and medical questions and follow up with detailed treatment. I don't feel rushed and all of my questions are answered before we leave at each visit.

The communication from both offices is thorough and booking appointments is typically fairly easy. We would prefer to see the same doctor at each visit as one location is much more convenient for us, however we rotate back and forth between offices.

If we had better experiences (more similar to those with Moser and Moore) with every doctor or nurse practitioner and didn't have recurring long waits after we are admitted to a treatment room (ranging 15-50 minutes on average), I'd rate 5 stars. It's a great practice overall.“

“We were referred to Children's Urology by our pediatrician after our son's birth and the overall reviews weren't great so I was apprehensive about what our experience would be. Back in May 2022 when I called to make the initial appt, the receptionist's demeanor didn't make me feel much better but we got on the schedule so can't really complain there. We were seen by Dr. McQuiston and she was amazing and has an awesome bedside manner. She made me feel like my baby would be in capable and caring hands and really took the time to explain everything in detail, in a way that a non-expert could understand. Our son had surgery after turning 6 months and we saw Dr. McQuiston one more time before the procedure and for a follow-up visit after; I am so grateful that she was the doctor we ended up with.“

“We really appreciate this kids urgent care when we find ourselves with a sick kiddo after hours. They’re thorough and thoughtful, always taking time to explain what’s going around, what they recommend testing for, and next steps for helping keep our kids comfortable while they’re recovering. Wait times this last visit were longer than we normally experience, but that makes sense given the illnesses they said were currently circulating. My kids also love getting a duck and a lollipop after the visit and I love the duck decor.“
