“Dr. Rivera and the staff here have been wonderful with my dog’s acupuncture sessions. They always do their best to make sure my anxious 12 year old dog is as comfortable as possible. I thought Pippin would be too scared to get acupuncture but he’s been doing great with his weekly sessions for the past 2-3 months.“

“The staff is so friendly and kind. I took my puppy here for Puppy Day School to work on socialization, make some friends, and get some mini trainings in. They provided me with great feedback, advice, and a packet with training and games to play at home. They also send you pictures and videos of your babe while they were at school! Great place and we will be back :)“

“We had a great experience at Remington Pet Ranch with boarding our boy S’mores, who is very hyper 1 year old Bernese Mountain Dog, for a little under a week. They were all so professional, caring, and extremely nice! He seemed to love it there and looked like he was on vacation too haha, which was a relief. Their daily report card they send out with pictures was something we were always looking forward to seeing pop up in the inbox :) Remington is officially our new go to place for leaving our boy while we’re away, as we know he will be in good hands and will enjoy his time there as well! Just an all around good experience, and I’d recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home for their pet.“

“I signed up for 7 private lessons for my 1-year-old Golden Retriever, River, and it has been such a great experience. Steven is an amazing trainer.

I originally wanted help mainly with walking and recall, but River has learned so much more than that through these lessons. He listens better, is calmer, more focused, and overall much more responsive in everyday situations. Walks are actually enjoyable now, and I finally feel confident taking him out to patios and public places without feeling stressed.

He starts whining with excitement before we even turn on the street. We started on Mondays, but Jeanette sent us a message stating that most of the small dogs are there on Tuesdays, so we switched and he has so many friends now! (Shoutout Gracie) Train My Dogs feels like old Austin and we wouldn't send our dog(s) anywhere else!“

“Love this place! They are very kind and attentive. My dog, Oli, is a big boy and has some anxiety issues but he absolutely loves coming here! As soon as he comes home, he drinks some water and passes out on the couch. I love the events they do for the dogs and appreciate the fact that they invite Oli to events they think he will enjoy (like stick day)! Thank you for being so kind and welcoming to my sensitive boy. “The highest compliment I could give Upper Paw is to say that since our dog Watson began going to playcare there twice a week, *she is a better dog.* I'm not saying that Watson wasn't awesome before—she's amazing—but it like this place has some magic pixie dust or something that they sprinkle on the dogs to make them happier to be dogs, if that makes sense. Watson was a little nervous at first (she's still a puppy), but by the second week, she was pulling on the leash to get in the door! The staff is, to a person, great—special shout-out to Terrent, who chased me down the street to give me a squeaky toy we'd left behind one day. Everyone on staff shows genuine care for the animals and interacting with Terrent, Johnny, and the rest of the crew is just kind of a pleasure, frankly. “I absolutely love Austin Dogtown! My girl Margo goes there, and it’s clear every single time how much the staff truly cares about her. They are so sweet and patient with her, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing she’s in such kind, capable hands.

One of my favorite things is how excited Margo gets when she realizes where she’s going—it says everything about how much she enjoys her time there. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and genuinely seem to love all the dogs like their own.

They also go above and beyond with the extras—adorable themed photo shoots, fun enrichment like snuffle mats, pup cups, and more. The pictures they take are always so cute and something I really look forward to!
