“The highest compliment I could give Upper Paw is to say that since our dog Watson began going to playcare there twice a week, *she is a better dog.* I'm not saying that Watson wasn't awesome before—she's amazing—but it like this place has some magic pixie dust or something that they sprinkle on the dogs to make them happier to be dogs, if that makes sense. Watson was a little nervous at first (she's still a puppy), but by the second week, she was pulling on the leash to get in the door! The staff is, to a person, great—special shout-out to Terrent, who chased me down the street to give me a squeaky toy we'd left behind one day. Everyone on staff shows genuine care for the animals and interacting with Terrent, Johnny, and the rest of the crew is just kind of a pleasure, frankly.
