We just finished boarding our two cats here. My main complaint is that the pictures online of their cat rooms are a tad misleading. They seemed big enough for the cats to stretch out and play, but we saw the room when we picked them up and it was much smaller than I thought, like the size of a closet, just a couple feet in each direction. It’s really nice that they have rooms with windows at all instead of being in a kennel, but it’s not quite as plush as it looked. Upper Paw is the BEST! They love my dog as I do. They have engaging activities for the dogs. Summer always comes home happy, healthy, and ready for a long nap. <3 We are super thankful for the kindness and care rendered by Upper Paw!
