Amazing customer service, AMAZING. I had an issue with my smart TV and my Mac Mini, they took time out of their day to research the issue and found me a simple fix for something that other companies wanted to charge a $150 fee just to come out to my business and investigate. The most amazing part? They even found the part I needed cheap, told me where to find it, and how to fix it myself to save money. Unreal.
