OMG...thank you, Kevin! My business computer was crashing and Kevin managed to clone it to my new computer in record time. When I opened the new computer at my office, I figured I'd be there all night trying to reconfigure all the prgrams and external hard drives...BUT all I had to was plug everything in and it was like it was my old computer but fast and fab. Never had such an easy transition. Plus, he helped me choose the right new computer online just being the nice guy he is. If there were 10 stars, I'd give that!!!!
Kevin has a wide range of skills & expertise and goes above & beyond. He is also very friendly and good at explaining things in a way you can understand it, even if you're not a tech enthusiast.This will be my go-to place in the future when I can't figure something out on my own.
My experience was awesome! My computer is my baby, so having to take it in and having someone take such good care we a must. He got it back up and running good as new! Very happy with the service i received.
