Inquired about printer output issue. Julia correctly diagnosed the problem and instructed me to replace the magenta printer cartridge. Problem solved! She could have asked me to bring the printer in and charge me $$$$ for fixing the problem. But she was too honest to do it. Customer for life!

Extremely helpful! I called today trying to schedule service on a copier. The tech had me try one thing before scheduling, and that fixed it. I'm definitely considering them for future repairs as needed, or for toner purchases.
