“Took an old laptop to get repaired. The gentleman who assisted me was polite, knowledgeable, and ethical. He did a quick inspection, asked me a few questions, then told me the probable causes and cost. We determined the laptop was not worth the cost for the repair. I asked if I can leave it to recycle and he said yes and then proceeded with pulling out my hard drive so I can destroy the files. It was quick and friendly service.”
