This is the fourth year we’ve used Eagle Foundation for our annual foundation inspection. As always, Jordan provided us with professional, honest, and practical advice.
Last year, due to insufficient watering around our foundation, we experienced a small amount of settlement. Jordan recommended that we water the foundation more frequently and for about 50 minutes at a time. We followed his advice, and this year’s inspection showed that our foundation has actually lifted slightly and improved!
We truly appreciate Jordan’s expertise and honesty. We will definitely continue using and recommending Eagle Foundation for their outstanding and professional service!

Had a great experience with Brown Foundation, specifically Phillip.
Had him come check out my crawl space for moisture, because a section of my wood floors are cupping a bit. Phiilip showed up, evaluated the entirety of my crawl space and gave me detailed feedback on what was needed to fix the issue.
Turns out it was a small plumbing issue that should cost WAY less to repair than I originally feared. Was happy he didn't try to upsell me or give me some sort of minimal report on what I needed, which would have required me to do more time-consuming research.
Highly recommend.
