They did a great job adding 1 and fixing 5 piers under my house 5 yrs ago and they had no problem coming out to check the new cracks after the long hot summer we had this summer. Offered to come back out in early spring to see if anything needs to be done. Great lifetime warranty on the house as well.

This is the fourth year we’ve used Eagle Foundation for our annual foundation inspection. As always, Jordan provided us with professional, honest, and practical advice.
Last year, due to insufficient watering around our foundation, we experienced a small amount of settlement. Jordan recommended that we water the foundation more frequently and for about 50 minutes at a time. We followed his advice, and this year’s inspection showed that our foundation has actually lifted slightly and improved!
