“There is no better gym than Life Time at Cypress! The gym itself has everything you need and it's CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! The minute you walk in, it smells more like a spa than a gym! The classes are fantastic but better yet, the coaches are INCREDIBLE! Don't be afraid to try a new class, the trainers are welcoming, inviting, encouraging and supportive. Shout out to: Adrian, Molly, Skye, Yolanda, Jen L., Dawnelle and DeeDee for their positivity, enthusiasm (especially Adrian at 5am on Mondays), kindness and friendliness. The gym has great facilities: locker room, sauna, steam room, indoor/outdoor pool and numerous pickle ball courts!! My favorite sports the LifeCafe for breakfast, the cafe staff is great and always makes yummy avocado toast. You're not going to be disappointed. Trust me, the dues are worth it!“

Every single instructor are so beyond patient, welcoming, inclusive and wonderful. Even the owner as well! After meeting the owner I could tell they were so caring for each of the students and are willing to help out anyway they can. It's been such an amazing experience working through each instructor and taking the variety of classes that YogaDragon offered!“
