From Mr. Joe to Ms. Sherry to the installers of my new system everyone was SUPER AMAZING. They all took time to explain and answered every question I have. They all were very welcoming and informative! Total professionals. From setting the appointment with a friendly scheduler and having Joe show up on time in a narrow time window, not all day or even half day but a small two hour window, to his friendly thorough diagnosis and repair it was a pleasure all around.
I can’t thank Sheri and Joe enough for saving us MONEY. I was told by 2 companies previously that our zone board went out and it was $1900 or $1400 with the other company. I talked with Sheri and told her what I was told by other companies being the issue. She was able to give me an estimate over the phone IF that was really the problem. I set up an appointment and Joe came out. After review, Joe stated it’s not the zone board, wiring is bad!! You talk about honesty!! Joe could’ve went with what I told him but he was HONEST. I will never use another company, ever again. We can’t thank you enough!!
