All I wanted was some layers put into my hair. What i ended up with was a Feathered, Shaggy Mullet. Adolfo butchered the top part of my hair and left the bottom half virtually untouched. I'm sure he is a good hair dresser or he wouldn't be able to get away with charging $65 a cut for as long as he has. The unfortunate thing is that his ego has gotten so big that he doesn't listen to clients (me) and doesn't pay attention to what he's doing. I told him he was cutting too much. I even lifted my hands for him to stop/slow down. He did not listen. He continued to chop off my hair. Two months later, I still have damaged hair from the shag he gave me and it still looks awful. I can't even run my fingers smoothly through my hair. It's still so short on top that I can't even tuck my hair behind my ears. No one wants to trim it because it will make my hair stick out/fluff out even more. I cant put product in it because it sticks out even more. My only remedy is to apply heavy conditioning mask on my hair every night to weigh it down and carry a water spray bottle during the day to keep my hair from fluffing out. I NEVER asked for a shag and specifically told him not to feather my hair. He does not listen. Be kind to yourself and your hair and stay away from this clown. UPDATE 6 MONTHS LATER: Finally attempted to get a trim with another hairdresser. It was useless because I still have a lot of shag. Idiot Adolfo not only chopped my hair too short at the top but the sides are cut so far back that it extends over and beyond my ears. I still can't blend the top part of my hair with the bottom part. It looks like shaggy, splitended toupee. The hairdresser said it's gonna take about a year before all that awful shag grows out. Even after that, I still gotta wait until healthy hair starts to emerge. NO ONE OF ADOLFO'S SUPPOSSED CALIBER (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE) SHOULD BE MAKING ERRORS THIS BADLY. Hence, I continue go around with 2 Short Shaggy Flaps on both sides of my head that stick out uncontrollably like Bozo the Clown. I can at least tuck some of it behind my ears now. I do go around now acing as a walking billboard and gladly tell everyone that Adolfo created this monstrosity. Get your $0.65 haircut for the astonishing price of $65!!! Adolfo did say he was sorry after he RUINED MY HAIR but really wasn't that sorry cause he still wanted his $65. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE RITZY SALON AND NEIGHBORHOOD. UPDATE 10 MONTHS LATER: Got my hair trimmed again hoping to get rid of this AWFUL split-ended SHAG....Nope. I am tired of not only the shaggy split ends but people asking my why I bleach the ends of my brunette hair orange. I DON'T BLEACH MY ENDS. My hair is still so damaged that MY ENDS TURN ORANGE ON THIER OWN. YUCK... I asked my hairdresser to just cut my hair short and be rid of the shag and uncontrollable side flaps. He finally caved in and told me that another reason my hair doesn't blend is because Adolfo cut "HOLES" into my hair. Hair is supposed to geometrically blend. There's even a huge hole cut behind my head. Lucky for me I have a lot of hair so it's not too noticeable. That's why he won't cut my hair short. That's why my ponytails are crooked and lopsided. I can't wear a ponytail anyway because my side flaps are too short and damaged. If you want you hair ruined for at least a Year, IDIOT ADOLFO IS YOUR MAN! UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: The top 1/8 of my hair is growing out soft while the rest of my hair is a shaggy split ended mess. I look like the Cowardly Lion. The right flap of hair is finally bleeding in but not the left. The left side has a lot more damage. This idiot couldn't even give me a symmetrical haircut. My hair STILL feels and looks very GRAINY AND DRY. UPDATE 14 MONTHS LATER: Got a hair cut. I was finally able to chop off most of the remaining shag. My hair is short now. ? Just remember, a High Dollar Harlot is just as Infectious as a Cheap One. I'll stick with my $30 Cheap Harlot from now

That night I was actually very sad to wash off my make up and take the lashes off, and I am usually in a hurry to do that because it’s so uncomfortable for me. I brought the fangs myself, that was not part of the make up application.
Lauren ia extremely talented. I used to get acrylic nails and refill every two weeks. I started off with gel x with Lauren and only had them done once a month. Her attention to detail is unreal!

I walked into Dre’s barber shop on a whim with my 2.5 year old son who has never been a fan of haircuts. He can withstand any loud noise, my clippers seem to be his greatest fear.
I assumed they weren’t a kids barber but I just wanted to walk in and see if it would work. The moment we walked in, Adrian and his staff were both in the middle of a haircut, but that didn’t stop them from welcoming us in. My son saw the chairs and immediately knew what we were there for and was not having it (though we had only just walked in at that point). I was so worried of my son disrupting the two clients getting their hair cut, but Adrian told me not to worry and to let my son roam and get comfortable as he opened a door inside the shop that was a kids playroom. The barbers were so good with my son and interacted with him even during their clients just to get him familiar. Even the clients were helping comfort my son and show him that haircuts aren’t scary.
It felt so family oriented and not just some chop shop that you’re in and out of. You can tell these people truly care about the people who walk into their doors.
This haircut was the first one that my son had periods of time where he stopped crying and was talking here and there; Which is major progress in all our experiences of getting his hair cut. For the first time, I’m looking forward to taking my son to get his hair cut again!
Hair review Walked in on a rainy Thursday morning. I searched Yelp to help me find a decent Dominican blowdry. The reviews did not disappoint. I was greeted with a smile from the hostess and the stylists. The hostess speaks both Spanish and English. The majority of the stylists speak Spanish but they are able to communicate hair needs in English. I requested a wash and blow out and was immediately attended to. I was sat in the wash chair and consulted on needing a deep conditioning treatment which I was definitely in need of. I have curly hair and my hair was in a high bun for the past 4 days, so yes to conditioning. The treatment was an extra 10$ and maybe an extra 15 minutes under dryer. The head wash was everything! Deep scalp massage and double wash. My scalp felt cleansed. The stylist consulted on what type of blow dry I wanted (flat super straight, volume, bouncy) and I requested a super straight look without needing a flat iron after. My request was fulfilled and I left with my hair feeling glam. The heat was strong so if you have a sensitive scalp be ware and tell stylist if it gets too hot but to achieve the look I wanted I know it was needed. Very happy with my drop in stop and I will be visiting again. Total cost $55 plus I tipped the stylist.

It's way better than those chains and you support local guys that live in corpus not some other city far away. I also got a top notch trim and haircut in 15-20 mins. A pipe broke in the garage during the recent freeze and RC’s technician Dan was here the next day. Other companies said 2-5 days. Dan explained what needed to be done every step of the way and did the emergency repairs as quickly as he could to get our water back on. There are a few more things to Fido including an inspection to look for any more breaks. He and the office communicated regularly to keep me up on each step. We have been having electrical problems. The ceiling light and fans in the office bedroom, and kitchen lights, under the sink, the living room, the laundry room and the back porch weren’t working. Practically half the house was out. Everything went out suddenly! I called Matthew CCAC a very nice electrician came out and accessed the problem. Rewriting the circuit and two electricians for half a day:$2190.00! I was thinking about financing, American Home Shield something.The electrician suggested getting some other estimates so Tita called a company and the electrician came out and went to the circuit box. We were sitting in the kitchen I was making a duty list of what I was going to do for today said, “The lights are on!” I stumbled outside and asked him what did he do? He showed me a plug box connected to the circuit box. He told me that he just reset it! I asked him how much did I owe him and he said nothing. He offered that I we have a blessed day. I was flabbergasted!Truly be anxious for nothing and trust in The Lord with all your heart.This is the company. He said that they have lost their master electrician and they were going to try to stay in business. I am praying for them and that their need for a master electrician is fulfilled.

I went in today to look at carpet samples for our new house out of state in North Carolina. Even though I was just looking at samples to compare to ones I've seen online, and not a current customer, Mike was super helpful in helping me look through samples. Marion's Tree Surgeon was a lucky happenstance. My wife saw him across the road 2 days ago trimming some trees. We have or had a large tree on the side of our house we wanted removed for a while. He came over gave us a quote. And 2 days later he was here removing that monster. Took roughly 4 to 5 hours to complete the job. He is extremely professional and courteous. The price was more than fare. He is a professional with the tools required to do the job properly and safe. The attention to cleaning up the area when completed was almost something you never see now days. Thanks for such quick service and excellent communication. PTS is located in Alice,Texas and traveled to Corpus Chrisiti to remove a very large tree that was leaning towards the house in the backyard. Lonnie took the time to figure out all the necessary moves to prevent any damage to the house or wiring outside. he constantly communicated to his crew what the next cut was and did not make any rushed cuts. One thing I would recommend with PTS is make sure to do a last walk around before actually leaving the premises to make sure any brought in debris (ex. food containers and plastic bottles) is removed. They did good job cutting down my tree, however, they did not grind down the stump completely. I had a zoom call when they started grinding and when I got done, I went to check on them and they were gone. I called the office and was told it was just mulch. When I sent a pic, the owners wife called to resolve the issue, but got a call mid conversation and said she'd call me back. That was about 2 months ago(still waiting). I'M GOING TO RENT A STUMP GRINDER AND POST A VIDEO!!!!! Moral of the story, DON'T PAY UNTIL WORK IS COMPLETELY DONE!!!!

When I arrived for my first ever major dental work and told staff that I was nervous, I was welcomed in the most comforting way. They explained steps all the way and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Both tech and dentist are absolute solid professionals sending me home with zero pain after a 4 hour process. It is absolutely fascinating to see them scan my teeth, manipulate it in the screen, produce a 3D printed crown that fits perfectly and then walking away with a brand new tooth. Dr. Ian is great! Always gets me popped back into shape and functioning again. I love that I leave feeling better and not in more pain then when I came in like some other chiropractor places. Highly recommended! He also got my husband back to work in 2 visits when he injured his back when another chiropractor hurt him worse.

Love the doctors and staff here. They were willing to see my dog, even when I was a new patient, when an emergency came up. When my dog was going through a major sickness, they went above and beyond to help her out
We have used them as our primary veterinarian for two years. They have a boarding side as well and the staff and atmosphere are friendly and knowledgeable. VCA Oso was our go-to but they're very expensive and staff/vets are sometimes a little "cold" feeling. I've had nothing but positive things to say about our "New" Vet!
Great vets are hard to find, we found ours in Dr. Posey. It's very obvious the man loves animals. His staff is always caring and professional. We highly recommend this veterinary clinic!
Awhile back, back on October 5 I had called the office to see if I could possibly bring my dog in because she wasn't doing well... The receptionist said they were booked until Monday... I was upset and so I hung up... I called around but no vet answered or about the same... On October 6 my Anya passed away in my arms... I was so upset that I posted a review that wasn't nice... Then, today in church, I realized it wasn't the receptionist's fault, the vets fault or my fault... It was her time to go.. and I guess I wanted to blame someone, anyone back then... Which was very selfish of me... So I apologize to this veterinarian clinic... You always treated my dogs with great care in the past... I have Junior left now and he is my focus.. once again my apologies... And I hope this doesn't affect my future with y'all, if it does I understand..
This is place is usually packed the staff is friendly and the Dr are through just be prepared for a wait

The veterinarians are really good people and so caring...they always remember me and my dogs. One of my dogs had an issue they were working with me on and kept trying until she finally got better. Dr Garett is the BEST!!!! Dr P and Dr Brooks are also really good too! The majority of staff are great. I've only had 1 small issue with a front desk person over the many years we've gone here.

I felt a need to give Dr. Belcher animal hospital and his staff a special shout out. They were very professional and welcoming. Helped my two dogs with their health care needs, their prices were very low compared to the other animal hospitals. Very thorough with the long-term care, costs and future appointments . They were professional and handled my pup with great care. My only complaint is that the initial nurse, I did not get her name, was intimidated by my pup and sent someone else to assist after telling me she would be right back.
This can be both a pro and con dependent on how you view the situation. Perhaps she was just not the right person to assist us, but given her profession in other situations she may have to overcome her own fears.
The next nurse that came in was amazing, still I did not get a name. The clinic itself is nice and clean.
I cannot give feedback to the vet on site because I never met them.

Our baby girl Gigi is not a fan of going out in public & the groomer made her comfortable enough to were she took care Gigi and wasn't even shaking when we got her back either. Highly reccomend La Pooch!!!
This place will definitely be my go to groomers. Groomers could be overstimulating for most pups but the one on one service was amazing and fast, my pup was actually happy. Great environment and excellent service. Thank you Paradise Pet Spaw! ??
I had an awful experience at our last groomer and I was hesitant to take her anywhere. My family had been telling me about Fancy Paws from the very beginning and I wish I would have taken her sooner! They were friendly and I appreciated the questions regarding what I wanted done. She looked beautiful and seemed happy when I picked her up. We will definitely be going back to Fancy Paws.
They did an amazing job on my Schnoodle. She was adorable once I picked her up. They do get busy, and from what I saw, there was only one person in the front. She tried taking care of the phone and the customers in person. I dropped her off, they did their thing, and I picked her up. Very straight forward process. I will be taking her back again.

If you are in need of a great massage, Billy is the one you need. I lovingly refer to him as "Mr. Magic Hands". I have been to a lot of massage therapists in my life. In my opinion, Billy is the best. He knows exactly what to do to get the muscles to relax. I had a serious neck injury and Billy was the only who was able to give me any relief from the constant pain. Last but not least, Billy is just a wonderful person. Very kind and very caring.

Second time for therapy at New Stride, this time for side & back pain, I met with Stephanie to evaluate my pain. She was very knowledgeable, reassuring and has a delightful attitude. She explained what to expect to help me with my back.
From day one the staff and John made me feel welcomed. I really appreciated how they took care of me! I went in 2 days after surgery and they made me feel like every exercise I did was a good job and they encouraged me. I really like that they’re so attentive, they always made sure I had a water, and that I was alright. John even walked me to my car and helped me in to make sure my crutches were placed at the right height. I really do appreciate the whole staff for going above and beyond for me. I started with a 72 degree bend and I left almost like I never had an ACL replacement. Thank you guys for never making me feel bad about my weak knee. You guys are awesome!! I would highly recommend this place! Thank you guys again!

Me myself I take kat which is a liver detox, which helps get rid of all those extra toxins my body loves holding onto.

Nice place. I am an experienced adult driver who didn't need a lot of instruction and just needed a quick way to pass the DPS road test so I could get my Texas license. After reading up on the process and getting all my paper work together I was able to walk in, take the test, and walk out in about an hour. Great place for someone who is just trying to speed up the complicated state licensing process and get on their way.
Mixed experience some of the instructors have been wonderful!However on the other hand, they've been absolutely rude and unprofessional. Today I scheduled a 2 hour thing but forgot my liscence so said I'll be back, when I arrived at 8 30, she plain-out left. Forcing me to pay a no how fee despite her own decisions
Extremely helpful and courteous staff. After the series of driving lessons, our teenager opted to take the road test with the school and they are now a licensed TX driver. Appreciate everything they did to guide us through the DPS process.
The staff were very helpful in helping figure out lesson times and they had answers to all of my questions. I drove with all of the instructors at least once, and they were all very patient with me. I learned a lot about driving safety and I am so glad I did it here ☺️
I got lucky having a small group, giving us more drive time. All the instructors and manager are great and easy to learn from and spend time with. I genuinely had a good time with the other students and instructors. The zoom class time is awful and boring. I have a feeling it’s more of an issue with corporate 160 but there was only 3 functioning trucks when I graduated (1 manual) and about 20 people to share those trucks. 160 Flint is good to learn how to drive and pass your test, but be a quick learner because classes usually get overbooked and trucks are always breaking.
Coach was absolutely amazing to me and my daughter, he is absolutely professional and made us feel comfortable through out the process, thank you.
