I am new to the area and needed my Schlag keypad and deadbolt re-keyed. If anyone’s ever worked with that brand, they know how difficult it can be, especially on a keypad. Santiago came out and spent the time to process and make sure that everything was working perfectly (including the keypad which had to be completely taken apart), before he left. He was friendly and helpful. I will be recommending him to anyone in my building and I highly recommend this business for anyone else who needs a locksmith.

Reviews
Took an aftermarket key fob to Batteries Plus to make a copy, they said the key fob I bought on Amazon was more than likely bad, probably wouldn’t be able to program it and would still charge $85 if they tried and it didn’t work. Took it to Discount Locksmith said they would try but no charge if it didn’t work. Programmed it in 10 minutes for only $65, everything working properly. Batteries Plus suggested ordering a fob from them and with programming would be $244. Discount Locksmith saved me a lot of $$$ and did the job right
I had a fantastic experience here. Before coming in, I was quoted over $400 by another locksmith. This shop quoted me about half that price, and instead of immediately selling me a new key, they took the time to test my key fob battery first. It turned out I didn't even need a new key, which saved me even more money.
I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to do everything they could to help instead of trying to upsell me. It's refreshing to find a business that puts customers first. I highly recommend them to anyone needing locksmith services!
