Helping businesses grow and succeed means living a mostly sedentary life hunched over a laptop. I try to counteract the negative affects by working out 3 times a week and training Brazilian Jiu jitsu when I can. Unfortunately I still end up with achey joints and stiff muscles. Which is why I scheduled some time with the amazing Mari at Coastal Bend Dayspa. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and did a fantastic job working out the kinks in my neck, shoulders, and back. If your life is anything like mine then go see Mari at Coastal Bend Dayspa.

I had the most amazing post-op lymphatic massage massage today from Marilena Theresa Garza Lmt at Coastal Bend Dayspa. 🐙💆🏻♀️
I usually cannot stand people touching me, but I trusted her - and she came through with an amazing experience. A true master of her craft. She’s not getting rid of me now. 🙌🏼
Highly recommend you book with Mari soon. ♥️
My fiance and I booked a massage with her the day before and she was so accommodating and informative!!! She is very flexible to the people’s needs, like my fiance likes deeper pressure where as I’m a light to medium and focuses on the issues while still providing a relaxing massage! Can’t wait to come back to corpus to book with her again!!
