Excellent service! What should have been a painful and miserable experience each visit was turned into a fun time due to the staff making it a fun and enjoyable time. I actually looked forward to going each week even though I knew the therapy would be painful and that's entirely due to the excellent staff. Great people, I'll be sure to use them again if I need more therapy in the future.
Thank goodness for the amazing staff at Cross Point Veterinary Clinic. After finding at very ill kitten, we called 4 different vets only to be told sorry we are completely booked, we drove to Taft to Cross Point from Aransas Pass. Not only did the staff, stay late veterinary, Dr Cox personally tended to this kitten. I will never go to any other vet in the south Texas area. Thank you and God Bless. PS They even offer discounted rates for spay and neutering for 'Strays.'
The Kolb’s are an amazingly skilled group of doctor’s. They offer conservative approaches to keeping your oral hygiene in tip top shape. The front office employees are friendly, and make you feel like family. There is Care Credit available if one is seeking financial resources. When I have a question in regards to my insurance or services provided they are transparent and informative in any questions I have in regard to my children.
Could not be more pleased with my experience there today. They really came to my aid and bailed me out on a Friday afternoon after a hydraulic hose blew out on me. It was a small job for them that could have put me way back if they didn’t take care of me. They made it happen and treated me very fair on the price and did not take advantage of my situation. I will definitely return to bring business here in the future. Can’t say thanks enough to the guys at Hlavinka!!!
