The team is efficient, thorough, and caring, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all. Patients appreciate Dr. Thompson's knowledge, gentle approach, and great bedside manner, even during complex procedures like tooth extractions. The staff, including hygienist Mary Ann, do a fantastic job with X-rays, cleaning, and educating patients on flossing and brushing techniques. Overall, Dr. Thompson's office is a trusted and skilled place for dental care, where patients feel valued and well cared for.
I am a new patient and am extremely impressed with Dr Thompson and his staff. I am in need of a bit of extended care requiring a special plan that Dr Thompson has set for me over the next few weeks. I am at ease with the upcoming procedures and look forward to many years of exceptional service and a happy smile.
My son chipped/broke a tooth at school. The very friendly staff and Dr. Thomson himself was able to get my son taken care of in less than 15 minutes with no appointment. They are an amazing staff!! Super friendly, very clean and an affordable option for your whole family.
