Dr. Thompson and his staff are friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service and treating patients like family. The team is efficient, thorough, and caring, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all. Patients appreciate Dr. Thompson's knowledge, gentle approach, and great bedside manner, even during complex procedures like tooth extractions. The staff, including hygienist Mary Ann, do a fantastic job with X-rays, cleaning, and educating patients on flossing and brushing techniques. Overall, Dr. Thompson's office is a trusted and skilled place for dental care, where patients feel valued and well cared for.
Today my husband,Charles Sellers, psaw Dr Thompson’s office for routine dental cleaning and xrays. The staff is friendly, helpful, and addresses any questions. Dr Thompson has been our dentist for over 30 years and continues to update his practice and procedures. He and his staff has earned our 5 star review!
Today was my first day as a new patient. Staff were incredibly friendly, atmosphere was very welcoming. The Dental Hygienist, Mary Ann, did a fantastic job, from X-rays, cleaning, to compiling detail notes, as well educating and recommending flossing/brushing equipment and techniques. Dr. Thompson is very knowledgeable, caring, and easy to converse with. You’re treated as family here, I will definitely recommend this dentistry!
This was my first visit to Dr Thompson office for tooth extraction. I was very nervous but the staff was very friendly and Dr Thompson did a great job with the extraction I didn’t feel any pain. Also must mention his assistant making sure I was ok through the process and after. I appreciate it so much. I hope to go back for more dental work in the future. I will definitely recommend him to everyone.
