Well I will be honest, the Stanley guy told me he wouldn’t guarantee that he could 100% remove the odor. That was disappointing but I told him to go ahead and clean it. Well, the carpet looks immaculate and no odor. I’m glad he was honest but I’m mostly glad the odor went away.
