Beat the Heat is one of those small local businesses that operates like a family and prides itself on customer service. I came home to my air-conditioner being out. I called Beat the Heat and within 20 minutes a respectful and knowledgeable technician was in my house. He identified the issue within 2 minutes and had it corrected within 20 minutes. This company knows customer support and is technically proficient to diagnose and repair!
