“I've been going for a month or so for adjustments and therapies and haven't had a bad experience yet. Every staff member and D.C. have all been beyond helpful, especially with the tons of questions I always have. They are experienced at their craft and genuinely want their patients to heal.
I would absolutely recommend to everyone to at least go in for that first consult visit, just to see how thorough they are. It's such a nice change of pace compared to a regular Dr visit, where most of the time you just get a big bill and a written RX with no answers.“

“I was having trouble with my Cpap turning off in the middle of the night. I call John at THM and he gave me valuable advice to mend the issue . He said:
First wash your face with soap and water before going to bed , leave a little water on your face . Then take a baby wipe and clean the mask seal area throughly , leaving it too a little moist. When you put you mask on with your face and mask , a little damp , the mask will seal twice a good as if you just slipped it on without this preparation. Great tip .
