Dr. Sims listens and explains things well, and the team is professional. Ms. Lauren is a beautiful soul, patient, a great listener, and cheers people on. St. Hope Healthcare's staff are described as making the medical experience better for patients, with service and care always amazing. Scheduling and contacting providers is seamless, and everyone is friendly and caring.
Dr Asa is awesome and so are the staff. He is very patient and thorough. I highly recommend this dentist.
I had a great first experience at this office. From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The front desk made the chicken process quick and easy in the office itself was very clean and comfortable. The Dental team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. I really appreciate it how attentive impatient they were especially doing my first appointment.
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’m glad I chose this office for my dental care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional team.
