The best medical experience I've had in years. From the front counter, nurse and especially Dr. Pieniazek. I knew he was actually listening by our conversation. He was very detailed but in a layman's type of way and didn't act rushed to move on to the next patient. He explained the website and the test he was going to have done. This office is top-notch in my book.
When it comes to quality of care Kelsey-Seybold is on top of things from pediatrics to radiology. We've only had one problematic ob/gyn, Erica Chapman, who made me feel like a number & was argumentative so she was dropped for better quality of care. Otherwise, this is the place for our family.
He listens and answers all of my questions without being in a hurry. He is always available when I have questions or concerns. He explains test results to where I can understand them. He is pleasant to talk to.
