John at Texas Home Medical in Conroe Texas has been thoughtful, professional, and attentive. He has made sure that all my concerns were addressed. I am happy to report that with his help through monitored equipment, I no longer suffer from the symptoms associated with sleep apnea.
I highly recommend this company. John did an excellent job set up my equipment and explaining everything. He was very patient and detailed. He answered all my questions. Also, Megan did an outstanding job getting the appropriate information from the doctor's office and the testing company. Thank you Kathy for handling my insurance. Excellent team work!!
I have been a client of Texas Home Medical for over six years. In all that time I have never had a bad experience with the company and its' employees. They have always handled my requests and on occasion gone the extra mile to help me out. I just this year got a new CPAC machine and again got the great service I expected from John..He not only told me about the machine but also gave some practical tips about using and taking care of it.
