Texas Home Medical in Conroe, Texas, is a reliable and customer-oriented medical equipment provider. The team has consistently delivered excellent service, addressing clients' concerns, setting up equipment, and handling insurance matters efficiently. The staff are professional, accommodating, and quick to problem solve whatever arises. Customer service is their NUMBER 1 product and they do "whatever it takes" to ensure that CPAP and BiPap clients get the right product for a night of good sleep. Customers appreciate the company's professionalism, patience, and attention to detail, as well as the practical guidance provided for using and maintaining their medical devices.
They went out of their way to help my wife. After nearly three weeks of being on an oxygen concentrator because her oxygen levels were below 80% at night and waiting for doctors paperwork and studies to be completed for a CPAP, they got everything together and made an appointment immediately. They are life savers.
John and the rest of the staff at the Conroe office always take their time to fully educate you on the use of their machines and supplies. They worked with me to purchase a new one at a reasonable price when it was too early for insurance to pay. After getting the machine, John called me a month later to see if I was having any issues. I’m very impressed with this office and highly recommend it to anyone needing a CPAP machine.
I highly recommend Texas Home Medical. I have been a customer for the past 8 years form my CPAP needs. Texas Home Medical supplied me with my second CPAP device. John Ober was the Respiratory Technician and he was took the time to show me all the features of the new CPAP 2 years ago. He answered any questions that I had. Yesterday my wife picked up her first CPAP and John treated us like family and took the time to show my wife how to use the CPAP. My wife was very happy with the training John provided.
