Customer service is their NUMBER 1 product and they do "whatever it takes" to ensure that CPAP and BiPap clients get the right product for a night of good sleep. Customers appreciate the company's professionalism, patience, and attention to detail, as well as the practical guidance provided for using and maintaining their medical devices.
I was having trouble with my Cpap turning off in the middle of the night. I call John at THM and he gave me valuable advice to mend the issue . He said:
First wash your face with soap and water before going to bed , leave a little water on your face . Then take a baby wipe and clean the mask seal area throughly , leaving it too a little moist. When you put you mask on with your face and mask , a little damp , the mask will seal twice a good as if you just slipped it on without this preparation. Great tip . They went out of their way to help my wife. After nearly three weeks of being on an oxygen concentrator because her oxygen levels were below 80% at night and waiting for doctors paperwork and studies to be completed for a CPAP, they got everything together and made an appointment immediately. They are life savers.
