I had some issues at first but then I received a call from April Nolte out of the San Antonio location.
First let me say she is incredibly professional. She listened to my concerns and immediately handled them. She is such a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.
Although there is nothing she can do about insurance companies but she has the greatest customer service skills for the position she has. This company is very fortunate to have an employee that is this amazing!

I was having trouble with my Cpap turning off in the middle of the night. I call John at THM and he gave me valuable advice to mend the issue . He said:
First wash your face with soap and water before going to bed , leave a little water on your face . Then take a baby wipe and clean the mask seal area throughly , leaving it too a little moist. When you put you mask on with your face and mask , a little damp , the mask will seal twice a good as if you just slipped it on without this preparation. Great tip .
