People at the front desk are so nice and polite. The people behind the door a wonderful as well. Everybody’s always got a smile on the face, which makes you smile. Just thinking of their smile you can walk in having a bad morning, but you leave with a smile on your face. Elizabeth Smith is my DR., she is very nice very polite and it’s a pleasure to be her patient. She’s always there to explain things to me and if you know who I am, that is no small accomplishment I always have questions and she always answers them.
Village Medical is a great clinic to go to. The staff that works here are all great. They take different insurance. I'm a senior and they take Humana. After your appointment if you get there patient portal thru there web site and you get labs done you get results the next day. Also when you have an appointment you get in the office most of the time on time. They do take walk ins. Last that I knew.
New to the area and needed to find a doctor within Village Medical. Dr. Marrow and his nurse Cindy, as well as all who I encountered were very nice, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back to this office for future medical needs.
