The ladies there were very helpful. I had an issue with the orders not being able to be sent from my email to theirs. They were willing to work with me while I got the issue fixed. I purposely was trying to not pee before my drug test but having to hold it was getting to be hard as I worked through my email issue. They helped me find a way around it and still took me back and got the sample while waiting for the orders. They were professional and kind even though they were very busy and clearly full in the lobby. From I walked in they welcome swow my my appointment send by my Company all the paper works and case number of my accident they sent in under 30 minutes waiting on the doctor was very kind with me she did exam after she said please go to Hospital ER 🏥 she said please bring me all the papers from hospital next follow up appointment on Wednesday morning.
I went in for a work physical and several other labs. It was a little bit of a wait due to the system had went down previously but they communicated with me extremely well. Not the worst wait I’ve ever had, staff was extremely nice, courteous and comforting.
