“I had an extremely pleasurable experience with Garage Experts of Grapevine. I called in and schedule an estimate appointment within few days. Morgan showed up on time, but I was running late due to work. She was easily able to accommodate providing an estimate for me without my presence, as I was able to open my garage remotely. I knew exactly what I wanted and had already gotten another estimate. I work in construction management and that is standard procedure to ensure transparency & competitive pricing. Morgan provided me with my estimate within 20 minutes of viewing my garage, and I had then booked an hour later. They showed up two days later at 9am and were finished by noon. I didn’t even have to be there, I just opened my garage remotely and the installation crew kindly sent my a finish photo and closed my garage when they were finished. I would rate my experience across all aspects and people with this company a 5 out of 5. They were referred to me by my VP of Construction, as they did is garage also. Both of us were extremely satisfied with their pricing, responsiveness, professionalism, & installation.
