“I went to the Walmart Vision Center on Sunday, 07/19 almost at the time when the center was closed. My mom’s glasses broke and it was urgent to get the replacement. Understanding the situation, Julius Thomas, went out of the way to get it addressed even after the closing hours. I’m beyond words for the help and service I received from Mr Julius. Unfortunately, my experience outside of the exam room has been less positive, the customer service experience felt very transactional rather than welcoming. The sales associates did not appear particularly engaged or helpful during the frame selection process, and there was little effort made to provide style guidance or create a warm customer experience. A more modern, diverse frame selection along with a more energetic and customer-focused approach from staff would greatly improve the overall experience.

While I trust Dr. Albortz with my eye care, I will likely purchase my frames elsewhere moving forward.“
