Update 04/10/2024- Took me a while to come back in for new glasses.Marco helped me today and it was very refreshing to have someone take the time with this type of purchase. I got there right at opening and there were two other people there as well, but he took his time with us and helped answer all questions that we had. He knows his stuff and I can't wait for my new eyes to get in. Best price for glasses that I have come across. They are very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help me find a pair that I was in love with that I came across at a different location.

Update…….on 12/4 I visited the Frisco location on university and interacted with Marco regarding an adjustment of the frames and nose pieces. Marco delivered exceptional customer service and was professional and knowledgeable about the products making a great recommendation for my husband. I’m happy to have glasses that fit well and don’t hurt my nose. I didn’t know those pieces should be replaced every 6 months. Thank you Marco!Zero stars are not an option! I visited My Eyelab. The place was spacious, a huge variety of eyewear and frames was available. Staff was highly professional. Above all, the manager, Mr Marco was amazing, smiling, courteous and very cooperative. He guided me to select the best glasses and frames in good price. I strongly recommend those people who are quality conscious to visit My Eyelab at 1550 US-380 in Frisco for their eyewear needs.
