I had the meta glasses lenses made from somewhere online and it didn’t fit when it arrived. Went to this store and there was this really wonderful lady that fit them for free and said they look good. Very happy with the service, not cause they didn’t charge anything but just for the how they handled it. 100% RECOMMEND!
This store has THE BEST customer service! I want to give a shout out to Shaycie who has been the most empathizing store associate I have come across. Firstly, they have an amazing assortment which is frequently rotated. Secondly, their testing process if state of the art. I was initially skeptical about a virtual testing to determine the right power but they made it a no touch, no hassle process and I felt so comfortable.
Now the best part about Stanton, I ordered two pair of glasses and they were super chic and comfortable. Unfortunately, one of the expensive glasses was accidentally damaged by my infant and I was in the middle of moving cities with a broken glass....read full review
I’ve worked with Lina a few times. She is class act when it comes to customer service. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. This location has made needing glasses less stressful.
