Took the time to really understand the issue and troubleshoot to isolate the issue. Our AC unit had been underperforming for the 5 years prior. We had multiple companies come out, but they were all national chains, even if it didn’t look like it at first. They would just check the line, clean something off and say, that should solve it, and pass me a huge bill, or pitch me a yearly service contract, but it never fixed anything. The AC was just constantly running and the house wasn’t getting cooler.

Came home to a 90° house with the ac running. Friend recommended Alfred @ Sergeant. He took care of the ac that day. Thanks for keeping the family cool. Price was good but the the service absolutely the Best. Trust me Ivehad many homes over the years and I always buy them with marginal ac unts:(
