i love all the ladies at the front desk, everyone has such good energy and they’re so sweet and i feel such a warm welcome. i have been through a few massage therapists now and amelia is my fave! her pressure is perfect and her massages feel like she’s really taking her time to massage out all the tension & stiffness from your body. love y’all ladies, thank you for taking care of nikki & ron!
I’ve been to several Massage Envy locations in the area and this is by far my favorite location. Friendly and welcoming staff is always a plus, but the waiting room is especially divine. They have a massage chair to use while you wait and complimentary hot and cold water/tea.
Came here to redeem a gift card received for Christmas and was blown away by the customer service provided by Sam at the front. Super knowledgeable, friendly and just all around warm and inviting. Then Erik blew me away with the massage. My back and neck were the areas I asked him to focus on and his technique and pressure were spot on. I loved it so much I signed up for a membership.
