I called total air to come to my home and perform a routine maintenance on my AC. Everything from the call, to the updates on my scheduled appointment, to the technicians who came out, was all top notch. The technicians especially were very kind and took photos of before and after each step of the process. The billing was super simple as they sent me a link to pay online while I was at work. I also felt the amount paid was very reasonable. Needless to say any other issues I will definitely call them again. Was such a great experience.
Professional, honest and thorough. Our entire HVAC system went out after 15 years of service. Since this is a major expenditure, we planned on interviewing three HVAC companies. By far and away, Total Air was the most professional and dependable. They came by, examined the current unit, ask about our goals in obtaining a new HVAC system, then provided a detailed quote on their laptop computer before leaving our house. No else came close to doing this. A competitor even asked me to take pictures of our existing unit(so they would not have to stop by our house). We had a great experience with Total Air from start to finish. I received quotes from multiple AC companies, but Brandon with Total Air stood out by providing an itemized estimate with multiple unit options. That made my decision to go with Total Air an easy one.
