Delightful customer service! Tech came out same day and found the heating problem to be minor and was able to get it resolved quickly. I was relieved and happy to find an honest, friendly and knowledgeable tech (Cepi). I’ll be calling again for any future needs.

I was worried that my AC was giving out, called and I got their answering service. Nice lady took my message, I got a call back in less than 2 hours and was able to get someone out same day. Chris was very professional, patient, he listened and didn’t dismiss what I was saying. My AC is fixed and I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg. HIGHLY recommend Scott Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing.
