I have had the best experience with Scott Heating & Cooling. They replaced my old A/C unit with a new unit and the customer service has been excellent. They have been very responsive when I call with questions as well as to come out to ensure my unit is working correctly. From the office statt, Lola, to the techs that came out to install, Sean, Chris Scott and Caleb Scott, wonderful customer service! Excellent service and very professional!
I’m very happy with the service I received from Scott Heating & Coiling. They repaired my AC unit and also provided the necessary maintenance to make sure everything was working properly. The technician Christian was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was needed.
The service was done carefully and efficiently, and my AC unit is working great now. I really appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service to Ms. Lola and Danny. I had a great experience with this company. My AC gave out first week of the summer. I had multiple companies come out for quotes. Daniel Perez helped me he was amazing. He went through several options with me, followed up as promised, even showed up on installation day just to check in. He’s awesome and deserves a raise. Brian and Omar the techs who installed my unit were very professional and polite, they worked all day in a hot house and were extremely nice and did clean work. Great attention to detail.
