Technician was Courteous and prompt. Blind Duct Cleaning completed but company doesn’t have a scope to look into the ducts, so I have no idea how dirty they might have been before and what the cleaning process did afterwards. I believe that before and after photos should be the norm nowadays.
Technicians were good and professional. Well I never got any paperwork on the device itself called several times still waiting. They keep saying it’s inside my portal when I try to click on the links to see paperwork it’s frozen or the link is not working properly.
Great service. Guys were professional and took time to give me some tips on how to make my unit run better and routine upkeep. Would recommend to anyone! They also showed up an hour after I called.
