I had my manual thermostat put back on because the Ecobee Thermostat was not dependable. It would go off line and then my HVAC would not work.
The service man was very nice. He installed my manual thermostat quickly. I had to call on Sunday because the Ecobee shut down my AC. The service man arrived within the hour that I called.
