I called the day before and their customer service was very responsive. I had an appointment the very next day. I called Sobelas and no answer; then were going to schedule me 2 days out. I picked Sunshine AC of course. Two (2) technicians called prior to arriving. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I required FREEON in 1 unit and maintenance in the other. They also installed 2 thermostats. They provided advice on maintenance and replacement timelines. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive thermostat. Wonderful people! They went above and beyond to get my air fixed even working after hours. **** ******* ****** *** **** were great to work with. I can't thank them enough.
