He really took his time showing me every anomaly and explained everything to my satisfaction. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. He is just the type of honest plumber I was hoping for. They make a video after the initial run & email to you, with voice over at the time explaining everything so you can compare & remember later. “Justin was referred from another top rated contractor. He called back within an hour and came onsite in the freezing temp this Feb. He looked at what he needed and was back onsite within an hour. He fixed 2 leaks outside of our barn and repaired the leak inside the wall of the tack room.
