“In early February of 2022, right after a four day freeze and ice storm, I noticed my water meter box was full of water. I thought it was melting ice. The next day it was still full. I called the City to check it out and the issue was on my side of the meter. I called Express Master Plumbing and in less than an hour the issue was fixed. He took pictures of the problem and of the fixed pipe. I'm pretty handy with household plumbing but I was really nervous to mess with anything in the ground. I am impressed with the quick response and the professional service.“

They stated that since I have old cast iron pipes the job is not doable without breaking into the foundation and swapping out pipes. The cost was not doable...I called ICON on a Friday night. The owner himself came out on a Saturday to get the job done. He was able to show me that the cast pipes are still in decent condition. Got the job done at a fraction of the cost without breaking into my foundation.Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly I am confident that I can trust them.“

“If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!Our water pipes froze. I called the property managment and they sent out Felipe with Rush. He poked around the yard a little, in 11 degree weather, and could not find anything. He said that he had an idea and that he would be back. He came back and told me to let him know if the water came back on. He was outside for at least 45 minutes (again, its 11 degrees). Finally the water came back on!! He was able to find and repair the frozen part. Felipe is truly a God send. He could have cut the main and told us to wait until it thawed, but he did not. He is a professional that went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure we were okay. Definitely recommend!!“

And, he assisted us with mediation efforts related to the issue. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with him.Additionally, Stephen McMichael, a manager with Stark Services, assisted us with a plumbing call. I had two separate issues and Stephen very skillfully diagnosed the problems. He is a problem solver and looks out for the customer. He was a great communicator and did an excellent job in letting me know what the options were and what he would recommend. His work was top notch and he was a man of his word. I would highly recommend Stephen McMichael and Stark Services. As a bonus, Stark Services staff does a great job communicating appointment times, arrival times, and updates through email, text, and phone calls.“
