I was put in a bind by the previous backflow testing company as they did not fill out the paperwork precisely as the water company wanted. I asked them to fill in the missing information and resend. It didn't happen. The result was I was given 4 days to get a new backflow test or have my water shutoff. So, I took the previous tester out of the picture and scrambled to get a new one. Everyone I called couldn't possibly do it in that amount of time, but not Mr Backflow!! They did what they could to get it done. I don't know what Darcy in the office did to rearrange, but she did and I'm grateful. David showed up to to do the testing and was done inside a few minutes. He was nice, courteous and got the test done. He and Darcy both acted like they hadn't done anything more than just their jobs, but to me, it was a blessing.Many thanks to all of you at Mr. Backflow!! I truly appreciate the terrific service.

We had a new roof put on our metal building and they did an awesome job. We had terrible leaks before and now we have no leaks at all Nitro is awesome, he's very quick to return phone calls and very honest about the cost. We did not get any surprise added costs. The cost is also very reasonable. We were quoted 3 times more from other businesses we called. They are perfectionists and do a great job. We highly recommend them.
