The two men were very professional, courteous and respectful of property. We explained what the problem was, looked at the site, they asked questions and got down to the task. They had what was needed for completing the job including replacing an outside faucet which turned out to be a no-freeze faucet! They also cleaned up the mess and left it as clean as they had found it
