    I dealt with Justin yesterday from start to finish. He was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone. Thankfully he was able to come same day and get my hot water restored. He was professional and personable. He took care of me like family and I refuse to go anywhere else. They have a customer for life.Service: Water heater repair

    A leak had developed just pass the water meter. There was a second shut off valve, (that wouldn’t have done any good anyway. I think it was an old gate valve), that I was unable to turn with my hands because of a past injury to my hands and the fact that it was an old valve buried in mud. They fixed a broken connection, reinforced the structure, and installed a ball valve shut off with a larger handle that I would be able to use with my disability. They were friendly and professional.
