I was put in a bind by the previous backflow testing company as they did not fill out the paperwork precisely as the water company wanted. I asked them to fill in the missing information and resend. It didn't happen. The result was I was given 4 days to get a new backflow test or have my water shutoff. So, I took the previous tester out of the picture and scrambled to get a new one. Everyone I called couldn't possibly do it in that amount of time, but not Mr Backflow!! They did what they could to get it done. This review is for our organization, Community Link. We have been using Mr Backflow for our yearly back flow testing the city of Saginaw requires. They have always done a fantastic job at a good price. Best part is they worked with the city to get our two back flow inspections done around the same time for ease. Love this company!

I have used this company for years while working in hospitality industry and have always had the best experience with all the services they offer. Since then I have used their services with other companies I have worked for and my personal home. Everyone I have always talked to have been extremely nice and courteous when either on the phone or in person on job sites.
