Booked online after finding his shop on Google. Was a little surprised that it is a one chair shop. I was a little intimidated at first but quickly realized that there were no distractions and his total attention was focused on me. We spoke about what I liked and didn't like about my current haircut. He vocalized a plan to address my dislikes, which I appreciated. I was about 10 minutes early for my appointment and he sat me immediately. I was in the chair for about 25 minutes and he continuously checked in with me on the length and shape. I think I have found my regular barber, which I have been looking for for a long time!

I went for my first time dermaplaning ever! Johnnie was so kind and friendly. I contacted her on Wednesday for an appointment on Thursday. She got back to me immediately and rearrange her schedule to fit me in even though she was pretty busy and now I know why! My dermaplaning and mini facial was FANTASTIC! It took a total of 45mins but she blocked of a whole 90mins to make sure. We weren’t rushed. I walked in with her greeting me at the door. Her space was super chic and cute! It reminded me of a picture out of one of my Pinterest boards! She made sure to explain everything she was doing to me before she did it and educated me on face products that could help or harm my skin type. She expressed her favorite products to use but she didn’t press me to buy her products. She let me make my own decision. She merely gave me other options to consider when it came to my face care. The dermaplaning was painless and quick. My mini facial was so hydrating and relaxing. None of her products smelled bad or burn me. If it stilled to tingle she was warning me prior. Very very very good customer service! All in all give my experience a 10 out of 10, and plan to do it again! Jaime not only managed to fit us into his own busy schedule, but the price was very reasonable. Jaime and his crew found the leak and fixed it so quickly! I had to have a water heater replaced and upon looking over my current system, Justin found several additional issues that needed addressing and clearly explained the \\\"why\\\" behind his recommendations. It was quite a lengthy job, but Justin, along with Rob were able to install a new water heater and fix the other issues all in the same day. They were professional, courteous, and I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing needs! I appreciate y'all so much!!

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night. Roto-Rooter was available and dispatched technicians quickly. The repair was completed timely and efficiently. They also provided additional assistance to begin addressing the water damage. Their water restoration team showed up even before the repair began.Everyone was friendly, professional, and offered a lot of great information to offer us peace of mind to address this issue. We will definitely use their services again if needed in the future.

Excellent work by Andrew from the plumbing team! You've definitely gained my future business, and here's why: I was dealing with low water pressure in my shower’s hot water, and I tried to fix it myself. Andrew arrived right on time, listened to my concerns, and tested the valve that I had already taken apart. It turns out a small debris issue in the pipe cleared up during his testing. Once he reassembled everything, the water pressure improved significantly. Even though he spent over half an hour at my home, Andrew told me there would be no charge since nothing needed fixing—not even a service call fee! I know exactly who to call for any plumbing needs in the future: Andrew from the plumbing team. I hope my experience and review help others!
Kevin was our tech who came out to replace our AC unit, as well as a new heat pump. He was professional as well as respectful. He worked the entire day well into late evening.to make sure everything was done right. He even came back out to replace the thermostat, our old one was not receiving information from the unit .

My yard is now a haven for my family and the little creatures that visit (hummingbirds, butterflies, geckos, honey bees, etc). Chad delivered my vision with panache! I had an idea for the material I wanted to walk on, but Chad was able to take my tiny ideas and transform my backyard from ruts, decomposed granite, and dead plants to something grand and beautiful in less than a month. Marcos teams were excellent too! They cut down trees; removed dead shrubs and plants; beautified plants that could be salvaged; removed a ton of decomposed granite; constructed several feet of Oklahoma Stone flawlessly; and installed multiple beds with almost 200 plants, mulch, and Rio Rock. My home sits on over an acre and every one of Chad's design recommendations solved all my problems (from the messy decomposed granite; failing sprinkler system; poor drainage; Summer Kitchen approaches; and dead plants and trees). The price was fair; the hard working crews were skilled, on time, and respectful; and the customer service is responsive and superb. This was a positive experience from the initial contact to the completion. I love my backyard oasis. Thank you so much. I can't wait until you transform my front yard next.
Acacia Landscaping and Design designed and installed my front and backyard including a full irrigation system a year and a half ago and did a beautiful job! We even won best yard in the neighborhood a month after it was completed. Their service is great and professional. I called them last week to ask if they could check the irrigation system as I was afraid I may have a leak in one of the plant drip lines and they came out assessed the problem (no leak, yay!) and did an amazing job. Super friendly and highly recommended.
Dr. Hundley has been our dentist now for 2 decades! Through challenging teeth problems with my immune disorder, through my pregnancy, and starting and continuing care for my daughter from her first dental appointment, and she just turned 18. We drive about an hour so we can see Dr. Hundley and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Came here in October 2023 with a laundry list of issues. The healing started almost immediately. Chiropractic adjustments and therapy sessions with heat and lasers are utilized to get into the problem areas and open them up so they can heal. Stretching exercises are also included. It was painful for quite a while but it paid off. My life is in a better place now. I can ride, bike, and exercise now.
There is a lot of knowledge at Hill Country Spine and Sport. They utilize various methods to get your spine aligned. Muscle work and spinal manipulation are part of it as well as you doing your part at home with stretching and strengthening the muscles. Everyone here is all in on you getting back to being healthy.

After having a micro discectomy many years ago on L5-S1, I reinjured my lower back recently. My injury was so bad that I thought for certain I would need back surgery again. I could barely walk. But I thought I would first see Doctor Archer. I'd never been to a chiropractor before and was unsure if it would help. However, his electrotherapy treatment, plus back adjustment started helping very quickly. After about 5 treatments I realized I would avoid back surgery. Additionally, Doc Archer showed me some abdominal exercises that have helped to strengthen my core. I'm really pleased with the results of his treatment and will continue to go back as needed. I highly recommend Doctor Archer.

In my initial review I addressed a concern regarding continuity of care. I left DermSA to follow Dr. DeSilva to his practice in Boerne. Possibly due to scheduling issues, I was scheduled with another doctor and then a third doctor at my last visit. I was less than satisfied with the care I received in the last visit with a different doctor and wrote a review addressing those concerns with no intention of returning. Dr. DeSilva called me personally to address my concerns and shared his understanding of the importance of continuity of care specifically with regard to Dermatology. He apologized (when does anyone do that anymore) for falling short in meeting my expectations. He offered to refer me to another doctor but also asked that I consider continuing under his care which I’m happy to do. I’ve never had a doctor make me feel so valued and validated. I will be there for my next cancer screen and will be seeing Dr. DeSilva.

Last week was tough. It has not been an easy time for my wife and I. We had to put down one of our dogs and I can't thank the entire staff at Boerne Vet Clinic enough. They were all extremely kind, professional and compassionate (down to little comments such as "you can tell he was loved and taken care of very well"). In previous (more routine) visits, I have found the staff and doctors to be very knowledgeable and transparent regarding pricing. We have been to other clinics that felt very pushy in recommending unnecessary and costly services. I would absolutely recommend Boerne Veterinary Clinic to anybody with a pet. Dr Waters came out for an emergency situation with my horse and was professional, kind understanding and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions even the ones that weren’t pertaining to the case we were taking care of. Thank you!!!

Dr. Kotzur takes care of my three horses like they’re his own. He truly cares about them, and has always been there for them in their time of need (emergency, weekend calls, etc) as well as other horse owners in my barn. Can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. Highly recommend!
We’ve been taking our cat to Diamonds in Rough Grooming for about 4 years. We have a 16 yr old cat and Helen does a wonderful job trimming her nails and grooming her. We see how much she loves animals and we trust work.
My Pomsky was trimmed to perfection. Her nails clipped and feet trimmed . Very happy with the results.

My Mom and I spent the weekend in Boerne for her 65th birthday. I scheduled a couples massage for the 2 of us. Everything from start to finish with the ZenDen was perfect. Seamless scheduling, great communication. The team is very organized and communicative. And WOW - we were blown away by how amazing our massages were. It was so relaxing and a perfect touch to the weekend. We will DEFINITELY be back!
