From start to finish and excellent experience. During the initial process, Mark was clear on what needed to be done (unlike another vendor). In the office, Paula worked with the County and BEC on some issues though we were frustrated and I will need to re-plat. The actual work was excellent. I was sent photos of the work while in progress and had any questions explained. It was hard work through the caliche and Mark did an exceptional job, leveling and ensuring there was a proper drop for flow. I'm not sure I can say enough good things about the experience. It was exceptional. The cost was in line with the other bidder. I highly recommend Tri County.
Added note: One reason I chose them over others because Mark was able to explain exactly what was going to be done. The other vendor was vague.
I'm in LakeHills, had Winters over to repair something that I messed up with a switch. I pass them on Hw16 everyday. I called the young lady on the phone was great she did everything she could to meet my scheduling needs we agreed on a day and time. On that day the tech called he was on his way. Again very nice professional he did the work everything went perfect. We have our home for sale I told my agent how great they were and asked her to share them with the whole office of Keller Williams and she did. they are the best!!

Recently I was blessed to receive my service dog Max from VA dogs of Texas . I was so impressed by the professionalism and the kindness and the understanding of my needs from the staff from VA dogs of Texas and Hill Country Veterans center . The time and effort that these folks put into the programs they have out there is unbelievable . Thank you all again .?❤️ And yes he is so well-behaved and trained and a little spoiled ?

Great work! Did everything better than asked. Built a driveway and cleared land for electric and home foundation. The driveway is very well done and he cleared the land beautifully, leaving all of the best oaks for shade. I would definitely recommend!

Yesterday was one of the toughest days I have ever had to endure. Our 14 year old lab Misty was ready to be at peace, the decision was extremely difficult to let her go but we could tell she was tired and was ready to continue her life in heaven. I cannot thank Dr. Sprague and her staff enough for helping my family through this incredibly difficult time, Dr. Sprague and Michael came to our house after a very long day at the clinic and showed some much love and care to our dog Misty and My Wife who was at home alone and not handling this decision well. Misty is at peace now and this post will help me with the grieving process by sharing my gratitude for some very incredible people, Amber you are an Angel for coordinating the home visit and helping my wife through so much sadness. My Family and I have used Pipe Creek Animal Clinic for Better than 20 years and they have always offered the Best Care for our dogs. Millie and Marie has done several flower arrangements for me, from flowers for birthdays, to prom bouquets, to most recently a spray for my husband casket. The arrangements have been over the top gorgeous each and every time. 200% I recommend this shop and the owner, Lia. Gorgeous color combinations and beautiful flowers!
